However there are certain procedures which must be followed for returns. Because the grading of cards is very subjective, we will accept the return of single cards within 7 days of receipt, provided that the seal on the card holder has not been tampered with. This gives you the opportunity to inspect the card and protects us from those that would try to take advantage of us by substituting different cards to return (yes, that does happen.) If for some reason you wish to return unopened boxes or packs, you may do so within 7 days of receipt, as long as the products are still sealed. That is boxes must still be sealed, or packs must be unopened. We cannot accept returns of opened boxes or packs. Memorabilia products may only be returned if there is a defect with the product. You have 7 days to make a claim that the memorabilia has a problem, and to return the product to us. Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is at your expense.
